These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of saturnedge.in and any digital services provided by Saturn Edge ("we", "us", "our"), based in 128-129, PU4, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

By accessing our website, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Saturn Edge provides digital services including design, web development, app development, marketing, SEO, and related consulting. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in your proposal or statement of work.

We reserve the right to decline projects that are outside our expertise, unethical, illegal, or misaligned with our values.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide access to a dedicated team for ongoing requests as described on our pricing page. Billing is monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Paused months are not billed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless agreed otherwise.

Unlimited revisions apply to work delivered under an active subscription, provided feedback is clear and within the original scope of the request.

One-Time Projects

One-time projects are quoted with a fixed scope, timeline, and price before work begins. Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.

Payment terms for one-time projects are specified in your proposal — typically 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, brand assets, logins, and content required for us to deliver your project. Delays in client input may affect timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content, images, or materials you supply to us.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for your project (designs, code, copy), unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project delivery.

Third-party tools, fonts, plugins, or stock assets may be subject to their own licences.

Revisions & Satisfaction

We work on every deliverable until you are satisfied, within the agreed scope. We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we continue revising until the work meets the agreed requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Saturn Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party hosting, platforms, or services outside our direct control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in 128-129, PU4, Scheme No. 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
