You subscribe to a plan, submit your first request, and your dedicated team picks it up within hours. You can submit as many requests as you want — we work through them one or two at a time depending on your plan.
You can pause your subscription anytime and resume when you're ready. You only pay for the months you're active.
Most design and development tasks are delivered within 24–48 hours. More complex tasks like full website builds or app development take longer — we'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Yes. We work on every task until you're 100% satisfied. No revision limits, no extra charges.
Absolutely. We offer one-time project pricing for logos, websites, apps, and more. Many clients start with a one-time project and move to a subscription once they see the quality of our work.
Depending on your plan, you'll have a dedicated designer, developer, marketer, and project manager assigned to your account. These are not rotating freelancers — your team stays consistent.
If you're not happy with the work in your first week, we'll work to make it right. We don't offer cash refunds, but we will not stop working until you are satisfied.

No. The price you see is what you pay from month one. No hidden fees, no setup charges.
A request is any task you want us to work on — a design, a page update, a new section, a social post. Complex projects like a full website build count as one large request. We work on one or two active requests at a time depending on your plan.
You can upgrade your plan anytime. If you occasionally need something outside your plan's scope (like an app on the Starter plan), we'll quote it as a one-time add-on.
Yes. If you have a slow month or go on a break, you can pause your subscription and pick up exactly where you left off. No questions asked.
We primarily invoice in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian clients and USD for international clients. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and international payment options.
No. Our fee covers campaign management — strategy, setup, creative, and optimization. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google and is separate from our management fee.
Working With Us
Yes. We work with clients in India, the UK, the USA, and beyond. All our communication and delivery is remote-first, so timezone is not an issue.
Yes, completely free. No credit card, no commitment. We use the call to understand your needs — and if we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
